As a CRO we run compliance work for 8–10 clients concurrently. ValiCore's audit logs, calibration tracking, and CAPA management cut our documentation overhead by 60%. The implementation team was hands-on and had us live in under 2 weeks — no IT involvement on our side.
Your lab,
audit-ready
in 14 days.
The complete compliance OS for Indian pharma manufacturers, CROs & NABL labs — 35+ purpose-built modules across calibration, QC, deviations, validation, batch records and audit trails. Live with setup & training included.
50+ pharma labs — zero compliance penalties
Every pharma lab we talk to
has the same three problems.
The good news: all three are solved the moment your lab goes live on ValiCore.
Spreadsheets fail audits
Paper logs, Excel trackers, and disconnected folders don't satisfy 21 CFR Part 11 or Schedule M. Auditors cite you. You fix it manually. The cycle never ends.
Every module your lab needs.
One unified platform.
35+ purpose-built modules across 8 categories — calibration, QC, deviations, validation, batch records, training, supplier qualification, and audit trails. Live with setup included.
Never miss a calibration — or fail an audit for it.
Every instrument scheduled, due-dated, and electronically signed-off. Overdue instruments flagged before your auditor finds them.
- Automated due-date alerts
- Calibration history with e-signature chain
- Out-of-tolerance → CAPA trigger
Everything you need to stay compliant.
35 purpose-built modules across 8 categories — the complete compliance operating system for Indian pharma manufacturers, CROs & NABL labs.

Audit-Ready Always
Real-time audit trails and document control.
Not just software.
A complete implementation.
Every client gets setup, training, and go-live support included. You don’t manage the rollout — we do.
Labs that switched.
Never looked back.
Three real implementations. Three measurable wins.
Yes. ValiCore is built to align with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements: computer-generated, time-stamped audit trails; user authentication controls; and data integrity checks. We also align with Schedule M (India GMP) and ISO 15189 requirements for medical laboratories.
Most labs go live within 10–14 days. The first 48 hours cover system setup and configuration. Days 2–7 cover calibration schedule loading and module customization. Days 8–14 cover team training and final sign-off. We guarantee 14-day go-live or we extend the implementation at no extra cost.
Yes. Our Import Center supports CSV and Excel uploads for Users, Equipment, Calibration, QC, SOPs, Suppliers and Training — with downloadable templates and Validate-without-importing dry-run mode. Our onboarding team handles the structured data migration during go-live (calibration logs, equipment registers, QC records, historical incidents). Complex migrations may require additional scoping, which we’ll discuss during your demo.
ValiCore is hosted on AWS India (ap-south-1 region) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Role-based access controls ensure users only see what they’re permitted to. You can export your complete data — audit logs, calibration records, QC data, incidents — in standard formats at any time.
The one-time setup fee covers end-to-end implementation: system configuration, module customization for your lab’s workflows, calibration schedule loading, team training (2–4 hours), and 30-day go-live support. You don’t manage the rollout — we do.
The monthly retainer covers ongoing system access, all platform updates, bug fixes, compliance updates as regulations evolve, and direct access to our support team. You’re not raising tickets to a help desk — you have a direct line to the same team that implemented your system.
